FemsporT Training

Want to train for an event that pushes your fitness to the next level surrounded by strong, fierce & supportive women?

Our pre-season Femsport training in February will give you a taste of each Femsport event and what to expect within a safe and supportive community. We use all regulation equipment  &  the training is lead by official Femsport coaches.

If you're wondering what all the fuss is about Femsport, this once weekly 6 week training gives you a break down of each event and what to expect! Saturdays 9:30-10:30am

Each week we focus on one event & on the final training day you are put through a practice competition.

Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more

Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

A mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push ups and weight exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout! Don’t worry, there’s lots of options so that everyone leaves feeling successful.

A community classic! Running has been proven to strengthen the heart and increase endorphins! An outdoor class whenever possible means a hit of fresh air and an always refreshing effort! 

This class trains you to get Femsport ready for the end of the summer! Come and work on your skills from truck pulling to tire flipping and everything in between. Your Femsport certified trainer & regional promoter will ensure you are SAFE while training! No requirement to compete is necessary - try something different this summer!
