Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
A mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push ups and weight exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout! Don’t worry, there’s lots of options so that everyone leaves feeling successful.

This structure of class is a COVID guidance measure - this class is un-lead but suggested workouts are posted and clients can work through their workout at their own pace!
Classes during open gym time will be geared towards the class type listed.
